The Grupo Temper believes in people. There are various examples of this throughout its history, in which its employees, shareholders, clients, providers, the environment and society, in conjunction, have been subject to a conscientious corporate responsibility. The Grupo Temper’s slogan ‘Human Value, corporate spirit’ only refers to two postulates, but it precisely summarizes the Group’s business ethics

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) was inspired by the The Global Compact of the United Nations and in the 2001 UE Green Papers.

This responsibility begins with people through the family conciliation initiative (part-time or flexible schedule…), personnel selection that doesn’t involve any kind of discrimination based on gender, race, beliefs or sexual preference, and aiming for stability and physical, environmental and psychological comfort in all job positions. Likewise, we aim to maximize profitability, which is why we maintain such a high degree of transparency, providing quality information, encouraging the participation of shareholders in the decision-making process and maintaining a close relationship with the financial sector.

For our clients, this responsibility motivates us to provide service and quality in the products we develop, always conceived based on their needs. To our providers, this responsibility means that we are committed to criteria of fair business practices and company loyalty. We won’t consider working with any providers that engage in situations or sites of exploitation.

If we seem concerned and interested in people, their immediate environment also becomes a concern. We work towards being an environmentally-friendly business group, concerning ourselves with improving energy efficiency and conservation and reducing the consumption of energy and important commodities for sustainable development. Of course, we also manage our waste, which is limited, going beyond the requirements of current regulations. Finally, we are integrated in the society that surrounds us, sharing our knowledge, taking on students in training and collaborating with educational institutions in the design and participation of courses of study and graduate programs. We are also committed to social organizations, as a way of promoting the progress of our community.
